Hustlrz – Terms and Conditions

1. About Hustlrz

Hustlrz is a user-powered platform that allows individuals to host and attend live, virtual property walkthroughs. Hosts visiting properties in person can stream their experience via a paid live session, which other users can join remotely.

Important: Hustlrz is not a real estate agent, agency, broker, or property management service. We do not list, represent, or verify properties or transactions. We only provide a digital platform for users to share and view property walkthroughs.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and Hustlrz platform guidelines.

3. Hosting Walkthroughs

• Hosts are responsible for ensuring they have permission to show the property.
• Hosts may set a fee for remote users to join their live session.
• Hosts must not misrepresent property details or broadcast content that violates privacy laws.
• Hustlrz is not responsible for disputes or issues arising during or after sessions.

4. Attending Walkthroughs

• Viewers pay a fee to join live walkthroughs.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued if a session is canceled or fails due to verified technical issues.
• Hustlrz does not guarantee the accuracy of content shown by hosts.

5. Payments and Platform Fees

Hustlrz charges a platform fee on each viewer's booking. This fee is automatically deducted from the payment before the host receives their share.

All fees are transparently shown before payment. Wallets are credited with the net amount, and funds may take up to 12–24 hours to reflect after payment confirmation.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Hosts may cancel sessions before they begin; viewers will receive a full refund.
• No-shows or misrepresentation by hosts may result in account suspension and refund action.
• Refunds are at the discretion of Hustlrz in applicable cases.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal or deceptive activity on the platform
• No harassment, abuse, or recording without consent
• No bypassing Hustlrz’s payment system or conducting off-platform deals

8. Content Ownership

Hosts retain ownership of their livestream content but grant Hustlrz a limited license to use and display content for platform functionality and promotional purposes.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Hustlrz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Hustlrz is a technology platform and does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of walkthroughs or user conduct. Use the platform at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

Hustlrz may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
